	Where To Find Me at Pi-Con
	gnomi and I will be attending Pi-Con in West Springfield (to be held 11-13 August) on the Sunday of the convention only. Today, the lovely jesshartley sent out the schedules to the program participants. My best suggestion for finding me at Pi-Con? Look on a panel: Sunday 11am-noon: Psychoanalyzing Superman (with Brian Rust) Sunday noon – 1pm: Worldbuilding (with David Honigsberg and kradical) Sunday 1pm – 2pm: Professional Writers Q&A (with kradical and terri_osborne; oy!) Sunday 2pm – 3pm: Short Stories, Novellas & Doorstops (with terri_osborne) Tags: conventions, fandom, science-fiction

Sorry to overwhelm you with panels! If you want me to cut one or two, I can - I just really really appreciated your and Nomi's experience and knowledge! *Grin*

i really want to go to one of these cons sometime - they seem to be a great place to hear proffessional writers talking about thier experiences, as well to hear comic-shop debates like Psychoanalizing Superman taken as serious as they sometimes deserve - I read woefully little sci-fi though, and watch practically none of some of the genre's most loved works (Trek, B5, Dr. Who, BSGalactica)... I think I'd feel like a bit of a poser.

It sounds like you might want to try Arisia. They try to have a variety of programming tracks, and they usually have some panels on comics.
